How I got started
I’ve always believed that food connects people — it brings comfort, tells stories, and creates memories. My journey started with a simple love for cooking at home, experimenting with flavors and trying to recreate dishes I tasted when traveling or dining out.
Over time, that hobby turned into a passion. I started paying attention to the details — the aroma of fresh herbs, the balance of sour and spicy in Thai dishes, and the way a meal can change someone’s mood instantly.
Eventually, I decided to turn that passion into something real — a place where others could experience the same joy I feel when sharing a good meal. That’s how Wok & Roll Thai Cuisine was born — a space where authentic Thai flavors meet the warmth of local comfort food, made with love and a personal touch in every dish.
